How to identify the building blocks to your personal happiness, prioritize your time, and live in the present.

Please join us for this June 15, 2010 workshop led by two management consultants, Elisa Niemtzow, founder of living épanoui® and Rebecca Rodskog, founder of Rodskog Change Consulting.

During this workshop, we will show you how to:

-Identify the building blocks to your personal happiness,

-Leverage the French concept of épanoui,

-Identify limiting thoughts, break through barriers, and prioritize what’s important to you (including time management solutions),

-Implement strategies in your day to day and live in the present.

You will walk away with a deeper understanding of what makes you happy.  You’ll learn how to create alignment, joy, and energy in your daily life.
